Let it happen!

Let it happen… notice and see,

Let it be… it’s not me.

It must happen… ’cause it’s not me,

and it must suffer… know and see.

Middle Path… don’t look for it,

let it pass… and just know it.

Without intension… just know it,

without suppression… notice it,

without modification… realise it.

When attached… it’s heavy,

light and easy… know it only.

While absent-minded… is the time,

Nature is there… be aware and see

When nodding, while blinking,

eyes moving,  legs shaking,

that’s its nature… it must suffer,

it’s not me… let it be.

Doubts, confusion… let it think,

know it’s thinking… don’t add more,

or it’ll roll… like soccer balls,

and hit the same-old walls

Don’t throw forward,

With the Mind,

it’s not mine… and not me,

let it be.
