What is Letting Go?

 

Letting go is knowing that it is NOT letting go,

That it is holding onto something red-hot and burning!

That it is getting conned by ideas, by one-sided views, blinded from truth and absolutely uncompassionate.

That it is struggling… trying to be good, hating bad, taking sides.

That this list of stupidity will just continue on and on and on if it does not return to reality.

That is when it gives up clinging… finding mindfulness to be an excellent tool, working with it joyfully.

Continuing on and on without debates… but rather knowing the reasons why.
