Awakening Habits

To wake up to the present moment… to the feel and sound of current breaths… to the posture i’m laying in… no longer towed by thoughts & memories of worries, sadness and suffering. It’s a new world! To be awake more often is the goal… knowing this as the mind ticks over, I rely on the factor that the monkey will Jump… with or without me, and Mindfulness will be there… again and again. Until it is habitual.
